there is hope
for all of us.

it takes courage.

It takes courage to invite another person into our private, inner world, especially when feelings of loss, overwhelm, or fear have clouded our ability to feel hopeful and strong.

It is my goal to meet people in a warm, supportive environment where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and where our conversation and process values your unique experience and goals.

  • “Pauline has created such a safe and comfortable space for me to open up and work through areas of my life that I’ve had a hard time navigating on my own. In addition to listening attentively, she has consistently given me great tools and resources to help me recognize, reflect on, and communicate my emotions. I am truly so thankful for Pauline.”

  • "Pauline helped me work through some of the most difficult times of my life. Living with stress, anxiety, depression and fear from PTSD and chronic pain, I've learned ways to manage through her counselling... Her approach was exactly what I needed, never rushed, always patient, validating and affirming. She offers a safe place to explore those dark places we don't often want to go, yet need to for deeper healing."

    J (male, 35)

  • “Even years after my sessions with Pauline, I still hold tight to tools she has given me to navigate the dysfunction in my life. She helped me see myself as a whole, capable person. We didn’t just come together to talk in circles, but to find a way forward. Pauline helped me dig up my own courage -what a gift."
